Work
In order to try and expand my career outside of pure HTML development work, I took a position at OKI Europe Ltd. as an Internet Support & Training Executive in March 2005. The primary duties were to manage the operation of the Content Management System (CMS) and to support and liaise with the users across Europe who relied upon this tool for publishing to the public websites and extranets.

During my time with OKI, we also undertook a rebranding project across all global sites, which include substantial scoping of requirements and working closing with our developers and design agency. As part of this project, and also as part of my general duties, I was required to identify, recreate, report, scope, and approve any bug / code-fixes by working with our external teams of developers.

I was also responsible for the creation of my department's intranet site, which was used as a central resource for all documentation, announcements, and development news. Obviously this is a private site, but check here for an example screenshot.
